1.3 If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you should not enrol in or access any Ascend Coaching programmes or services.
2.1 Ascend Coaching provides personal and professional development services designed to help individuals improve clarity, direction, and performance in their personal and professional lives.
2.2 Services may include, but are not limited to:
- Online coaching programmes
- Personal development assessments
- Digital learning materials
- Group coaching sessions
- One-to-one coaching sessions
- Workshops, webinars, and live events
- Access to private online communities or membership platforms
2.3 Programmes offered by Ascend Coaching may include, but are not limited to:
- The Life Audit Assessment
- Basecamp Membership
- Trailblazer Membership
- Summit Membership
- Pinnacle Membership
- Everest Programme
- Elevate and Conquer Programme
2.4 Ascend Coaching reserves the right to modify programme structures, delivery methods, or content in order to improve the services provided.
3.1 By enrolling in or purchasing any Ascend Coaching programme or service, you confirm that you:
- Are at least 18 years of age.
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Accept these Terms and Conditions in full.
3.2 Participation in any Ascend Coaching programme constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
4.1 Ascend Coaching provides structured coaching support intended to help individuals reflect, plan, and take action towards personal and professional goals.
4.2 Coaching services are educational and developmental in nature and are not a substitute for professional services.
4.3 Ascend Coaching does not provide:
- Medical advice
- Psychological therapy
- Financial advice
- Legal advice
4.4 Participants remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.
4.5 Ascend Coaching does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from participation in any programme or coaching service.
5.1 The Life Audit is a self-reflection assessment designed to help individuals evaluate different areas of their lives.
5.2 The assessment is provided for informational and personal development purposes only.
5.3 By completing the Life Audit you acknowledge that:
- The results are indicative only.
- The assessment does not provide professional advice.
- The tool does not provide psychological, medical, or diagnostic evaluation.
5.4 Completion of the Life Audit may result in invitations to further Ascend Coaching programmes or services, which remain entirely optional.
6.1 Participants are expected to engage in programmes in a respectful and constructive manner.
6.2 Participants agree to:
- Treat other participants respectfully.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding discussions within coaching sessions or communities.
- Participate in good faith within group coaching environments.
6.3 Ascend Coaching reserves the right to remove participants whose behaviour is disruptive, abusive, or harmful to the programme environment.
6.4 Where removal occurs due to breach of these terms, access to the programme may be terminated without refund.
7.1 Programme access may be provided through digital platforms including:
- Online membership portals
- Email-based delivery
- Video conferencing platforms
- Digital learning environments
7.2 Depending on the programme purchased, access may be:
- Time-limited
- Subscription-based
- Programme-duration based
7.3 Ascend Coaching may update programme materials from time to time to ensure the quality and relevance of the programme.
8.1 Programme fees will be clearly stated prior to purchase or enrolment.
8.2 Payment may be made via:
- One-off payment
- Instalment payment plan
- Subscription-based membership
8.3 Where instalment plans are agreed, participants remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments regardless of programme participation.
8.4 Failure to maintain payments may result in suspension or termination of programme access.
9.1 From time to time Ascend Coaching may provide promotional or time-limited programme offers.
9.2 Where such offers are presented:
- The offer is valid only for the timeframe specified.
- Once the timeframe expires the offer may no longer be available.
9.3 Acceptance of a time-limited offer within the specified timeframe constitutes a binding purchase agreement.
10.1 Due to the digital nature of Ascend Coaching programmes and the immediate access to materials, refunds are generally not offered once access has been granted.
10.2 Nothing within these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
10.3 Refund requests may be considered at the discretion of Ascend Coaching in exceptional circumstances.
11.1 Ascend Coaching programmes may involve group discussions and the sharing of personal experiences.
11.2 Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of information shared by other participants during coaching sessions or within programme communities.
11.3 Programme sessions must not be recorded or shared publicly without prior permission.
12.1 All content and materials provided by Ascend Coaching remain the intellectual property of Ascend Coaching.
12.2 This includes but is not limited to:
- Coaching frameworks
- Programme materials
- Workbooks and written guides
- Videos and presentations
- Assessments and models
12.3 Participants may use programme materials for personal development purposes only.
12.4 Participants must not reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly share programme materials without prior written permission.
13.1 Ascend Coaching will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from participation in coaching programmes.
13.2 Participants accept full responsibility for the decisions they make and the actions they take following coaching guidance.
13.3 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability where such exclusion would be unlawful under UK law.
14.1 Ascend Coaching reserves the right to suspend or terminate programme access where a participant:
- Breaches these Terms and Conditions
- Engages in abusive or disruptive behaviour
- Misuses programme materials or intellectual property
14.2 Where access is terminated due to breach of terms, refunds may not be provided.
15.1 Ascend Coaching reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
15.2 The most current version will be made available through the Ascend Coaching website.
15.3 Continued participation in Ascend Coaching programmes constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms and Conditions.
16.1 Ascend Coaching may from time to time issue a one-time discount code to individuals who join the Basecamp community, entitling the holder to a percentage reduction on the listed price of Everest, Pinnacle, or Summit.
16.2 Each code is single-use, non-transferable, and valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Codes not redeemed within this period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated or extended.
16.3 To redeem the discount, the participant must commit to a minimum enrolment term at the point of purchase:
- Everest: minimum 12-month commitment
- Pinnacle: minimum 3-month commitment
- Summit: minimum 3-month commitment
16.4 Enrolment under this promotion is subject to the full minimum term stated in clause 17.3. Once the discount code has been redeemed, the participant is committed to the entire term (12 months for Everest, 3 months for Pinnacle or Summit) and may not cancel, downgrade, or pause payments before that term is complete. Standard cancellation or refund provisions under Sections 8 and 10 do not apply to enrolments made under this promotion.
16.5 The discount code cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotional code.
16.6 This promotion is available only for the period advertised and Ascend Coaching reserves the right to withdraw it at any time before the advertised end date, save for codes already issued to existing Basecamp members.
17.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
17.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
